    • The firm was founded by Anthony Greer, a qualified lawyer for 20 years. Mr. Greer earned an Honours Degree in Law (LLB) from the London School of Economics and holds a Masters Degree in Law (LLM) (John Frear Scholar) from the University  of Leicester, England. He also holds post-graduate qualifications in Business Administration and Management from Edinburgh Business School and from Oxford. Mr. Greer is a Barrister-at-Law and Member of Lincoln's Inn London and a Solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.

      Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Greer worked in England for a number of years in Local Government as a Senior Officer with Leicester City Council.  He was recruited by and worked as a senior Lecturer in Law at The University of North London and has also lectured at Holborn College of law (London) on the Bar Finals programme.  Mr. Greer has served as Deputy Registrar of the High Court in Antigua and Barbuda.  He has spent many years as senior in-House Counsel for a commercial bank in the Caribbean and has worked in private practice with one of the largest firms locally.

      His areas of specialist practice are corporate and commercial law, banking law and real estate transactions.  Mr. Greer advises private corporations and individuals on a variety of matters including but not limited to commercial agreements, banking law, regulatory compliance, employment matters and conveyancing.
